I'm not sure this best thread to ask this. I'm looking in to a bike for my girlfriend. She's not a cyclist so I'm after something functional as a mode of transport around London, 32c+ slick tyres, mudguards, flat bars probably. Probably something more hydbrid-y than anything else would be ideal but I'm open to any suggestions!
It's probably worth mentioning that she's pretty short, about 150cm. Would a bike with a smaller wheel size be beneficial? I'm not really sure where to start looking but the Kona Dew looks decent, comes with 650b wheels as well.
As I said, I'm open to any suggestions because I'm not sure where to start narrowing down the selection from! Needs to be available on the cycle to work scheme as well.
Wife has the same too, managed to convince here ahead of some random bobbin thing. Well I just bought it for before she could do something she'd regret...
Cracking bike for the money.
