I wouldn't recommend the relevant section for a beginner. You get a lot of speeding by other riders, and it's very busy at commuting hours--although I haven't been down there since the first lockdown, and it may well have changed. New riders I've talked to recently found the bridges particularly hairy.
Edit: Yes, and with a tricycle it's definitely not a good idea.
I'm trying to make a route to our office for a friend who has only just started riding and isn't very confident on the road yet. I live SE so don't know these roads super well, does anyone have comments / improvements to this route to make it more beginner friendly?
