They look pretty much custom made for a particular application, you may be better getting a normal hex head bolt and machining to suit or hand finishing with a set of files.

Or modify a cheese head screw

Thought that might be case but was also thinking they probably just had a silly name I didn't know. And cheese head it is! I think they'll work very well.
