Outta curiosity, when stocks gone, how long does shipment from China?

Currently 8-10 month lead time from factory to Grangemouth, we're forecasting and placing orders for next Christmas now.
Containers are coming in all the time, so something might only be out of stock for a couple of weeks... Some stuff sells out before making it into the UK though.
