  • Thanks for the examples. Be handy if there was a decent “total garage gym” setup, Googling brings up such a range of stuff it’s hard to know what’s overpriced crap and what’s decent.

  • Research worked for me. Reddit has some examples of home gyms etc. I suspect there are a few here, if you go back through these pages.
    You don’t have to pay huge money to get stuff that works. How difficult is it to get a crap weight plate? I have bought some stuff locally and glad I did it to support local business and I get to see it and the the seller knew the kit. Unfortunately, The shop has closed now as the owner was not a businessman but a nice guy and a weight lifter. Sad about that.
    If you can find the stuff I posted on Amazon - or similar, I am sure it would be fine.
