As an aside - when could I expect my completion statement from the solicitor, is this usually just before completing?

I got mine about a week before completion (although I did have three weeks between exchange and completion).

I'd certainly expect it a few days in advance so you can check all the numbers are correct.

Thanks. I'm expecting the same. Due to complete on Tues.
