Definitely very achey first thing in the morning as well. I'm signed up to do the Royal Parks Half in April (whether that actually goes ahead is anyone's guess) so would like to start training with some degree of confidence that it won't 'go' again.
Thank you, exactly what I was looking for. Better off hanging up running shoes for this year and doing all the necessary strength/recovery work. Thankfully no pain at all on the bike.
