I was thinking pizza rack for pizzas. It's my pub/shopping bike and it'd be cool to keep some stuff flat and shopping off my back (until I get a cargo bike).
I was kinda thinking axle mounted rack with some kind of oversized clamps that would work around the top of the fork legs.

Leo over at D'menor bikes maybe be able to sort you with something. I don't think there are many OTP solutions for racks like you mentioned. I think mine set me back £80 when I got my CETMA copy.

Assuming you're thinking pizza rack for platform + panniers, wouldn't you be better off with something that does that but that doesn't need mid-fork mounts?
