Hi thank you for your interest in the frame. Honestly we dont think it is Columbus tubing but the frame is stiff and really well made,we can send you pictures of the welding if you want. This frame is craft made by an artisan here in Milan is really rare thats why the price. I don´t think there are many in UK.
As warranty its possible pay by bank transfer directly to our charity, https://www.ciclofficinasociale.com/come-sostenerci/ with receipt but we can discuss it if you decide to buy it.
