Based on my CAD-experiments you should be able to make that work without a yoke. Using the Zona 29er triple bend chainstays it would just clear without dimpling, some tube squashing should give you enough clearance, or at least that's what I hope.
This is at 428mm chainstay length, with a 30t chainring and what should closely resemble 2.35 Magic Mary's on a 30mm internal rim. Not that I'm against yokes per se, just curious why you'd get into it if seems to be (theoretically) possible to go without.

Let me just double check but I reckon it's 440mm on the render.
I think I just need to be able to fit a 32 and 2.4" but bigger is obviously better.
