Hang in there buddy. This morning I've shifted into a state of zen, after tenaciously pushing for completion this week it dawned on me... out of the EA, mortgage advisor, both solicitors and seller I'm the only one not getting paid. My new strategy is for those who are financially benefitting to do some work.
As much as this pains me I got to the point that unless I did anything nothing would be done.

I'm being a bit glib but essentially realised I can't do their job for them, despite chasing everyday for over a week with no progress. I'll likely muster up the enthusiasm to chase next week but both solicitors seem adamant they're waiting on each other. Considering getting in touch directly with the seller if it continues to drag on.
