Yeah, found that out during lockdown. I've only had a Decathlon nearby fairly recently and the one time I went looking for 11spd they were out of stock.

A 6mm spanner, not a 6mm allen key. That's pointlessly annoying.

We have park tools 6mm spanner on our workshop wall, which surprisingly get use a lots.

For consumables they're definitely worth checking out.

Yeah, I've been a couple of times now. Mostly because they have bike part recycling bins and i have a lot of dead bike parts :) But I do keep checking for their chains

If it's on a modern bike almost everything should be doable with a multitool, it shouldn't need a spanner.

Sram 1130 chains go very cheap on ebay.

My point is that everyone has multiple allen keys lying around. But how many people have spanners handy, especially 6mm ones?

You mean with their own blood, using needle nosed pliers to close the bleed port? likeaboss

I never use my own blood

Because a nut is much easier to bleed a brakes than a tiny allen keys which can easily stripped the bolt if people are not careful, moreso with a torx on SRAM.
