@Velocio the estate agent has helped here in the past, as a 'normal' person to pass on messages. After speaking to the estate agent this morning the seller now knows we want indemnity insurance as there's no completion certificate for an extension. Hopefully the vendor pushing their side and us this side should move things on. Just so frustrating when we've been chasing our solicitor for over a week and the vendor was oblivious!
