Probably more that he's met someone he isn't just calling a cunt. I'm genuinely pleased.

Friendly strangers was one of the worst things about NI. So glad I left.

Not FLEGS and the awful attitude to parking aka just abandon your car here, it'll do rightly, oh that is the cycle lane lol or Stephen fecking Nolan? 😁

Colleague of mine left cos he didn't like that no matter where you are, you meet a distant relative or acqaintance.

Yes. I would quite literally prefer a stranger to drag me into an alleyway and kneecap me while I'm wearing my best kecks than start than indulge in some good old Belfast banter.
