    I get a recurring random lower back / hip thing cos reasons, just going to blame years of powerlifting as that's a better story than "I'm old"

    I think it's just a combo of carrying a growing toddler too much and the dinning chairs + sofa.

    Every other day I think I need to start fitting stretching into my morning routine.
