If you ever want to stop in the wet you will want new alloy rims, but among the least worst options for steel are Kool-Stop salmon compound pads; the Kool-Stop Continentals should fit the Weinmanns. What's the name of the break pads I need for steel rims and wiemann type 730 calipers? Anywhere in London stock them and also where can I get rubber hoods for said breaks where the wire comes out the top of the lever?
