I’ve got a Norco Threshold A3 in 51cm size. Frameset or rolling chassis available, but it’s in oxfordshire rather than London...

I've got this, Specialized Globe Pro in a 52cm though with the sloping top tube it'll fit anyone from 5ft 3 to circa 5ft 9 as set up. She's been ridden briefly, as in less than 25 miles, then stored. I can forward more photos if further interested.
These take up to a 50mm tyre on 700C rims, 40mm with mudguards, I have the same model in a bigger size and have ridden it for the last 11 years in all weathers for daily commute/utility, touring in the Alps, audax rides, gone off road with it. To me it's the best all around bike, so much so I bought another and converted it to drops for touring.
I was asking more than your max but I'll settle for £650 collected from North Hertfordshire and I'll make a decent forum donation.
Specification:
Specialized lightweight aluminium alloy triangle, carbon (Zertz) seat stays, Carbon Fibre forks also with the 'zertz' dampening system. There is some minor graze marks from storage on the right side carbon stay and a few cosmetic scratches on the left chainstay.Specialized Zertz carbon fibre seatpost - 27.2mm In the photo it's set at its max as I rode it to take the photo.
Shimano LX SL-M580
Shimano XT RD-M771
Shimano Deore FD-M580
AVID 3 V brakes + Avid Brake levers
Shimano CM-540 170mm Octalink cranks - 48/36/26
Specialized wide flat commuter pedals but I've some double sided M424s I can exchange them for, however the M424s are cosmetically challenged but haven't actually seen much use.Newly Fitted Shimano HG53 chain (the original had tarnished a bit in storage)
Specialized Globe 700C double wall rims on Shimano M530 Deore double sealed hubs 32x 3 cross. The frame does actually take 130mm road wheels.
Shimano 11-32 cassette, shows the tiniest of signs of a chain gone around it
Specialized Nimbus 700x35 tyres (Kenda tubes)
Specialized stem (90mm) + bar (11/8"), bar has cosmetic wear mark on left side from a front light being fitted.

Have been considering parting ways with my Paul Donohue f&f. 53tt 53st c-t-c. Haven’t ridden it that much, would want what I paid w/Chris king 2nut.

Looking for a small gravel/CX/touring bike for my girlfriend, between 51-54cm roughly,
Something that can take comfy wide tires, rack mounts etc.
Budget for full bike around 650 max,
would also be interested in frames and forks.
Thank you!!
