In all seriousness I'm not that fussed however as I hadn't reviewed or looked at any batteries at all online just seemed strange.
On a more positive note; it looks like pending a clean bill of health for the boiler tomorrow we'll be exchanging Wednesday and completing Thursday!

The other possibility is that you came into contact with someone, and spent time with them, at say a dinner, and therefore had both searched it and initiated the conversation because it was on their minds. This then is shared with other devices as part of a shared experience so it's now in your advert parameters.
You're getting the advert because they searched for it.
Consider using an extension like Ghostery to disable tracking across your browsing habits if you don't like what you're seeing.
As someone who works in this area though, I would say that you were interested in vacuum batteries and now you've got an ad about vacuum batteries. Is that really that bad? Is it worse than getting a random ad about something you're not interested in?
