Charlotte's web products seem to get a good rep, my colleague swears by it. I've never bothered with cbd oil myself but can see the appeal for people.

We used:

We also got the massage oil. I have not used it, but the wife has for muscle aches though difficult to say if it's had much of an effect.

I’ve started using fourfive cbd oil in place of gabopentin medication that wasn’t really working but was ruining my guts and making me miserable. So far so good, not quite got the pain masking of the drugs but no side effects and I can still up the dose later

I made my first batch of CBD oil out of half an ounce of flower in our Magic Butter Machine last week. I've been getting the bottled oil but 30mls of that is the same price as the half ounce of flower so this is waaaaay more cost effective.
Anyone else making their own? I used coconut oil, would be interested to hear what else works well. I find coconut oil can be a bit rich tasting, would prefer something more neutral.
I had been taking it in the mornings but have switched to evenings in the last few weeks, I think that's improved things, it was making me feel quite tired during the day, very sleepy eyes, not really what you want. 🥱
I've been using this, it's the raw version, there are other oils that are refined and some using coconut oil (MCT) which taste better. It does seem to help slightly with anxiety and sleep
One or two drops three times a day. 250mg. Its apparently better to start low and build it up, but who knows could just be placebo?
