There's always something, and it usually arises at the 11th hour. Best of luck!
We're just waiting on our seller's solicitor to get some indemnity insurance then we'll exchange. Completion on Friday seems optimistic but we'll see... We're in a chain of 2, fuck knows how anything gets done in a proper chain.

Aiming to exchange today, turns out the buyer at the bottom of the chain hadn't transferred enough to the solicitor, because buying/ selling wasn't stressful enough anyway...
So now they're making a mad rush to the bank, they don't have internet banking.
In other news, hoping to exchange tomorrow now...
