I'm looking for a new bike for 9yo daughter and am thinking of one of these Orbeas:

It'll mostly be for riding around but she does want to do races at Hog Hill and maybe CX.
At races she went to before lockdown, most of the other kids had front sus so I'm leaning towards the XC 24. Why is it cheaper than the Team 24 though? I can see the team has more gears but is it also better kit? (I'm totally not familiar with these groupsets) I'm not too bothered about the extra gears because she hardly ever shifts gear anyway!
I've never had a bike with suspension so know nothing about that either.
