Where's this saddle bag from? Looks perfect for an emergency layer + snacks

Not sure. I’ll find out when I’m back from the Peaks.

How come? Are you selling the seta?
-
• #1105
Don’t think so, probably gonna put flat bar and make it into a fun city bike.
Allday simply much better suited for daily ride, the Seta is great but very stiff compare to a carbon roadie and the tyres clearance is just about too small (25mm on rear).
Be nice to have 32mm, mudguard, maybe a little front rack or a saddlebag etc. to explore the Peaks further, especially around Ladybower reservoir that’s a little sketchy with 25mm.

Definitely. I’d prefer something with gears for that terrain myself but agreed on the other points
I’ll have to hold off on my dibs for now then

I kinda shot myself in the foot by only riding fixed in the Peaks!
Insofar everything is manageable, Mam Nick was nice, pretty sure I’m gonna have to walk on Winnat.

Wait- did you move to the Peaks?
If you ever do want to sell the Seta..... -

Thanks guys
Yes I had some frames like that in mind for long time
Pretty happy to found this one. A bit pricy but pretty rare to have njs spec and looking frame with two brakes holes, internal routing and in really good shape

Hey don’t jump the queue

Nope, just go there every couple of months.
Hard to move out of London especially when I’m on London wages.

I ordered an Allday too, bit of a delay in shipping but should be here next week. Getting a disc fork built by Orlowski and going to use it as my fixed commuter. I was too late to get a black one so I ordered the copper version, which I'm not 100% sure about but we will see. Excited to build and it and ride it though.
Do you have yours in your possession yet and have you ridden it?
-
• #1113
I ordered the copper one as it’s nice to have a colour other than black!
Not yet here, I placed a pre-order so no rush for it to be here, it’s the largest kne so it’ll be run with little seatpost showing and stubby stem.
Disc fork sound like a great ideas, gonna stick with just front mini-v for the time being.

is the all day basically a british steamroller?

Quite fancy riding fixed in winter, and maybe a 25 mile TT in the spring. Anyone got a frame or bike they're moving on? 54ish TT ideally.

With mudguard mounts, two bottle cage mounts and rear and front rack mount.

Without the weird geometry and lack of provision.

Don’t forget front and rear rack mount too, and cable guide for rear brakes, oh and chain tensioner, as well as the option to run canti bosses or long drop callipers.

Any more info on this? Is it staying 373mm a-c and what tyre clearance are you hoping for? Any idea on weight?

Fixie Allday chat
I have one. It’s uninspiring but very very useful. I’m a little disappointed at struggling to get over 30mm tyres in with decent guards. I had 32mm and longboards which ran quite nicely. Cracked them taking it into the new forest too much though. Rack mounts are useful and tensioners work well. Need to take a decent photo at some point...

Well I requested 373mm a-c but when I mentioned that I wanted clearance for 32mm plus guards Jacek said that to achieve that it might be a few mm more than 373 which I am happy with, don't think it will affect it too much.
I originally said clearance for ~700x38. I might have been able to squeeze 32 and guards in with the original geo but obviously a frame builder wants to err on the side of caution with requests for clearance.
It will be made from 631 blades, I guess it will probably be around a kilo, not too concerned about weight.
@jaeyukdapbap I love that paint job, wish I could have got one of those.

Yeah that's my plan minus the rear brakes, just need something a bit more suitable for riding fixed on poor road with more control.

Thanks. I'm considering going the same direction with my Dart but with the current fork weighing 350g and taking a 30c tyre i'm not sure i can justify the cost. Might ping you a pm to ask how much it costs!
