I think if your looking to ride rocky ascents on a gravel bike with such a low gear ratio on a rigid bike, the lack of momentum and traction might get you first.
No one likes pushing but some times you've just got to suck it up. I'm just wondering if the route in question has climbs that are worse than the marginally possible climb in Swinley.
Where do you need to ride that you need that big of gear range with something as low as 34-46? That's well below the walking speed
