I bought it from a guy who worked and raced for Sigma. Saffron Frameworks told me it was built by Lee Cooper but I don't have any supporting evidence, little to no info online but either way its pretty unique.

Sigma used to get their frames built in Italy by Billato.

Interesting, I don't know anything about them, there has never seemed to be much online about the Sigmas. Not sure what made him think it was Lee Cooper then...
