O-rings reduce travel which is personal preference and also have a slight benefit of damping some key ping.

Biggest change I’ve made to my Kechron K2 is to move away from ABS keycaps to PBT. They’re less slippery and much nicer to type on.

Mostly. I would source from somewhere reputable like candykeys etc.

Make sure you have the keys you need. If you’ve picked up the ISO version of the keyboard, you might need a modifier set for the UK keys etc.
