Yes 52*16 is my gear to do the hamster on our local flat circuit.
Probably going 50x17 for "real" road use.
And 46mm chainline is corrected by the rear primato hub who has been modified to have a 4mm offset and 110mm spacing (112mm in reality I admit...)
