So the loop isnt as sticky outy as I remembered. Lying flat, the curve of my skull stops it from pressing upwards. Plus lying on my side doesn't hurt but I know that it'll increase the volume on that side.

If you do push on the loop,the part with aftershokz written on it does put a little pressure on the back of the ear.

Interesting idea...
The loop that connects the 2 earbuds isn't very flexible so it may get in the way. But maybe it can be pushed down more onto the neck. this may move the buds into an awkward position. The rubber coating isn't displeasing to the touch though.
I'll give it a go later!
