Picked up my roundel from the Spitalfields clubhouse at lunchtime. They didn't ask to see any proof, just gave me one from the jar full of roundels on the counter when I asked about it.

I forgot about the free coffee, what a plumb!

No email, I work only a couple of mins away so popped over at lunchtime to ask about them.

no - but I emailed them and they said that they should be getting posted soon.

I wanted to collect it, so they then said to phone the shop to see if they have them.

I haven't yet. I was going to go to Spitalfields the other day but didn't get a chance in the end. I probably will at some point this week

Yes, I went in and collected it a week and a half ago.

I also got an email today telling me that it is ready for collection.

Okay cool,did they mention postage options?

The original email that I got in early January did, but I opted to collect as my one went missing last year.

I might be able to go in and collect one for you on Tuesday if you are desperate. Happy to post it

I first planned to do it about 10 years ago and only actually got round to it this year, just in time for the last round of real badges. A nice isolation surprise from the postman.

Looks like I'm not going to have much else to do over Xmas and NY, so I think I shall too.

It’s made trickier for me with how Christmas falls with childcare but that’s all part of the fun/ challenge.
I last did it in 2017 and the weather was extremely mixed. I’ve just ordered new gloves!

Proper pair of overshoes for me this year! If the weather is reasonably kind like it was last year I'll give it another crack, but I'm not about enduring shite conditions for the sake of it.
