Might be good as it has plenty of options for touring (racks, fork, 3rd bottle cage).

Reanimating this thread as I've just had lunch with another mate, 6 foot, who is in the market for a decent standard touring-ish bike. Genesis/equivalent would be the sort of thing - anyone have anything they're looking to shift? Cheers
