Yeah mistakes. Just lazyness, takeout options and grabbing quick easy lunch on the go. At home coking is 100% OK it's either grabbing a snack for lunch or outwith friends at restaurants. 1st one was a treat 2nd / 3rd time I saw I was slipping bak in to old ways.
Cheers all.
Overall I've felt v good from switching.
It's just a case of getting used to knowing what is in everything, e.g. if your friends want to go to a non-vegan restaurant with you that you know what to order, or that you know how to get a vegan takeaway. Just a question of practice. Great to hear that you've been feeling very good.
Sounds a bit like my girlfriend, we're 100% vegan at home, but when we go out or if she's on the go, she is ok with a vegetarian option. It makes it a lot easier for her to be out in the world.
Theres no going back to meat though.
