Best thing will be to post a close-up pic of the bottom bracket showing as much of the splined bit as you can. Non-drive side is best for this because you can see most of it behind the crank arm. Also if you know what brand it is or what cranks are on it ie Shimano or Campag.
103mm I think will be a Campag one, but it’s worth checking with pics.
