I had one of those, I'd err on the small side, I'm flexible and I found it quite a big frame, and the saddle was practically on the collar. I've got the seat post in my changing room at work it's only about 3" long. they're a nice bike, but effing stiff, and the fork doesn't have much clearance, but the frame does.
