What's up @Kobe? Ready to give an update?

Im not getting any helpful information out of this man, other then he violated the terms of ebay. Posting the last messages as screenshot here.

I dont feel like he is investigating this further, since hes not giving any update on what Mr Lafuerte has replied. The answer of Mr Lafuerte to @BigH seems to be hiding something, maybe the payment to Kobe's Paypal ? Reading the messages clearly shows he knows what is going on.

Very good, but I was just trying to test you. It's actually an Inner Mongolian desert goat known for its shyness, which is why people can only observe it when hidden behind wooden planks with holes in.

Kobe need to get on Estuardo’s case, the way he is acting is making them both look guilty as sin!

to help catching up, someone more able than me (anyone) want to hazard at a super abridged 5-10 point version of events thus far to bring everyone up to speed?

@de5iRe sold the frame to @kobe (aka Pista Mercato).

Kobe says frame didn’t show up and despite tracking info that said it was delivered being supplied by de5iRe, he got a refund.

De51Re eventually got his money back after a fight with dhl/PayPal.

Frame shows up on eBay.

Seller (Estuardo Lafuente) claims it was bought from Kobe.

The idea that the seller Estuardo bought it from was not actually Kobe is put out there by I can’t remember who.

Kobe supposedly buys frame from Estuardo in order to return it to de5iRe.

De5iRe and others ask Estuardo to explain where he bought it from (ie eBay, forum etc) but Estuardo refuses to share this info.

Kobe and Estuardo start getting aggro with people.

Kobe. he maintains that a malicious third (or fourth) party obtained the missing frame, which had been shipped from germany to the nertherlands, and sold it to estuardo lafuente, who runs a cafe in vienna. this sale was done, apparently, with no trace on the open internet and the seller claimed to sr. lafuente that he was kobe at pista mercato.

I think a new account with one post in support of Kobe (before it was deleted) answers most of its own questions.

i still can't believe how that frame got to 900 sheets. sold for 250 odd to Kobe. wonder what estuardo paid. would really funny if Kobe sold it to estuardo for like 600 and was forced to buy it back at 50% markup in an attempt to save face.
