Gloves. My sealskins all terrain (i think) have been quite good. Two years on they are pretty much dead. Anyone ridden in climbing gloves. Rab have a few offerings slightly better insulated, waterproof and leather palmed.
Seem a level up from the Sealskinz but maybe too bulky?
