Moderators (requests and notices)

Deleted the eBay advert, sent a warning via DM, commented in the Wanted thread.

I'm kinda OK with this so long as there's no spam involved. The account has helped others in the past in the stolen bikes thread, and with lots of good responses to Wanted threads (where help to find things is solicited)... the only spam was the eBay thread and as it was in moderation compared to the rest I only deleted that post and gave a warning.
