Hey, those weren’t the type I was after, but managed to find them on eBay.
They basically convert speedplay pedals into platform pedals so that you can use normal shoes.
I wanted them so that I could jump on a bike to go to the shops and also so that I wouldn’t have to change pedals when my wife uses the Wattbike.

Do you mean cafe stop covers which you put on if/when you've got to walk. I've got a spare one if that helps having lost the other when wandering around.
