So I’ve always been a big fish eater. I was fine with pickled herring, pickles mackerel, lipeäkala, etc. The last year or so I’ve been kinda turned off by fish. The idea of even mild fish like Salmon, sushi, etc just hasn’t been appealing. I tried to eat some smoked kippers and smashed avocado today and almost retched.
Is there something like boar taint, but with fish?
I’m 2 miles from the ocean, lobsters $4 a lbs (£3ish). Lobstah hasn’t been bothering me, but oysters have been. It’s a shame, New England oyster farms have really taken off in the last decade.
