Olive oil, salt and pepper. Anything else is too much "Jamie Oliver" cooking show bullshit for me.

They've put a lot of money into their cycling brands lately, I think you'll be fine.
PDI (in the UK) might not be very good, but if you know your way around a bike it shouldn't be an issue. -

Look good, the drop look more aggressive than the cowbell.

Cube nuroad range are nice and well spec’d. Think £999 gets you tiagra and spyres. Finding one in stock in your size though. Also not a btwin which is always a bonus.

Yeah, I was probably going to put a shorter stem on anyway so I'm not too bothered about the slight differences. It probably comes down to how neat the cable routing is. I don't really give much thought to road/gravel bars. "Is it shallow drop? Is it x wide? Is it alu?"

Obviously each to there own, but what I didn't like about the pro vibe and these look similar was the lack of a flat bit in the drops. If you know what I mean. They basically curve round and then stop.
-
• #13433
You mean at the 'back' of the drop? I had a look at mine and they're even shorter so I don't think this will be an issue (if that's what you mean?).

It’s more the curve on the drop look aggressive like It look steep to grab your hand on.
Salsa have a more relax curve with a long flat on the bottom;

Short stem doesn’t make any difference if you’re compensating for longer reach, could be an advantage to “sit up” when on the flat top when needed.

That's it. Never got on with it. Quite like the look of those salsa. but I don't need more bars!

This is easton ax, plenty of space at the back of the drops I'd say.

These look nice but a different curve to the ea50 ax, are these the ec70 ax?
-
• #13439
are these the ec70 ax?
Yes, thought they had the same shape.

These are the same bars as I’ve got and find the sharper curve from the flat less comfortable on the corners than the transition on the EC aero bars I have on my road bike.

If it's any help I've got EA50 AX and so has my flatmate. I've not done any miles on them yet really though. Pics of bar shape ↓

I really like how your bike looks alive. Like its evolving. The mix of expensive componentry and make do bodges. Utilitarianism to the max. #notimetorunabikemuseum

Can you see this? My current bar probably looks more like the Easton than the Salsa.

Eh? If the drops are 1-2cm further away but then I put a shorter stem on the bars are going to be somewhat closer (I'm not doing the trig).
I'm just not that sensitive to slight changes in hand/arm position and I don't think 1-2cm will make any difference. I've been using bars that most people would find horrible on the tops so anything wider will be an improvement. I'm more worried about aerobars fitting and what the bar diameter feels like underhand. As it's a gravel bike I'll be changing position a lot more so it's even less of an issue than on the road.

• #13447
Yeah, they look way longer than mine currently so I reckon I'll be fine on either of them. I just know the shop is doing an Easton order soon so thought I'd jump in on them.

On the flat top bit will be closer, I mean the Brifter hood remain the same reach if that make sense?

They look like my FSA Orbit bars. I wish that whatbars.com site had more bars on it so I could actually visualise this stuff. So long as the bars aren't ergo bend from the 90s or HUGE drop from the 80s I'll be fine, I'm sure.

Cheers will check it out!
What about Easton?

Slightly bigger flare at 16 degrees, slightly more drop and longer reach.
