I think this Lafuente guy is completely innocent and you guys are reading too much into this.
From what I've read, this is what I believe happened:
Kobe did not receive the frame from @de5iRe during the estimated time frame
He opened a legitimate claim to get a refund from Paypal
He got his money back
Frame ends up showing up anyway after the refund has been processed
He doesn't bother to inform @de5iRe about this because as far as he's concerned, that's a case closed
Sells it to Lafuente for a 100% profit
I admit I've done the exact same thing, but for a 50€ hard drive I ordered from Amazon that showed up at my door 2 months later. Sometimes deliveries are late. Kobe just decided it would be a good idea to do that for a 950€ frame. Dickhead move. I would contact Paypal and let them know about it because it might not be the first time he's done it.
