I’m no help with your question, but I think it’s a good idea to keep the driving up. I passed my test, went to the US, drove there for 2 month, then came home and didn’t drive for 10 years. It felt pretty sketchy that I was legally able to jump in a car and drive off after so long.
Yeah, totally. I had a license when I was a kid in Canada but hadn't driven since then. I think that helped me get my license a bit quicker, but I certainly wasn't a capable driver when I got back into a car for the first time. This is really why I want to keep at it!
Would doing citycar or whatever and just doing a drive every week/fortnight/month be enough? Not sure how that sort of rental works out for that level of useage
