Oh yes you’re right, the x220 were one of the last to have the square rather than the chiclet style.
I do like the feel of the newer Thinkpad keyboards though. I have kept going with Thinkpads mainly due to their keyboards (and durability)
Full size mechanical keyboards have much more travel though if you’re used to laptop keyboards?
