I store my beans in the freezer in the 250g bags a happy donkey send them to me in... Did I do wrong? :)

I dunno, I just use old retail coffee bags to store mine in. Go through them quickly enough that there's no point in freezing them. Think the general wisdom is that keeping them in a cupboard is generally better due to the moisture that forms on the beans when freezing.
