  • Pro Team Jacket is a great bit of kit. It is warm but I've worn it with just a base layer before.

  • PTJ is just as warm as, if not warmer than, a gabba ime. (it is fully fleece lined, although granted the lining is quite thin). its performance in the wet is not as good as a gabba

it's still a great piece of kit though - good in cold, dry weather (coupled with a heavy base layer and buff)

  • Was chatting with a friend last night & he said a colleague had managed to get a Rapha x Palace cap for himself, but couldn't resist seeing how much people would buy them for on StockX. Ended up selling it for more than a hundred quid's profit, crazy.

  • Yeah I got a few things, tempted to sell my cap, saw they're going for £150, mad.

  • Ha! Sarcasm Fail.

  • If you’re flipping any of it via stockx be aware of the luxury import duties in addition to all of their fees. Sold a disgusting pair of Nikes and the fees totalled 28% of the sale price

  • I got a Rapha x Palace none duck Jersey from Palace in a medium... for which I'm far too fat, anyone got a L they want to swap it for?!?

  • I will buy it from you for half price

  • I decline this option

  • Srsly tho, anyone on here who bought any of that stuff pls stockX it, don’t actually wear it. Buy bikes with that money.

  • Will buy the accessories for RRP...

The hype has died down. You’re too late to StockX

  • I have nothing, i gave it all away. I had asked specifically not to post pics but some didnt get the message cc/ @Sumo

  • I only have these left

  • You don’t work at Cannondale

  • lads............. brown?

  • brown?

    Yes, I am.

  • what's the deal with gore-tex infinium? how is it better/worse/different than shakedry?

Looks like they're marketing it as more windproof than waterproof, Rapha as say it's water resisitant. Shakedry should be more waterproof but less breathable.

  • Sorry for the dredge. Got a pair off this recommendation, great length, really happy. However, after a few rides the silicon/elastic in the leg has started to come away at the seams. One off or have you had similar problems?

  • I’ve got 5 pairs and all been fine -worn regularly and washed carelessly - they offer a lifetime warranty against failed stitching etc so you should be able to return for replacement (not expecting them to have in house repair setup like the old rapha days)

  • Is the brevet insulated jacket any good? Looking something I can layer up or down through most of winter. Currently weighing up Brevet vs. core winter jacket.

  • It's probably my favourite Rapha piece. Pretty warm for it's weight and breathable enough

  • Took longer than I expected tbh

  • Thanks for the reply!

How do you find the sizing? I'd normally be a Small but reviews suggest sizing up

  • I'm a small too and have the jacket in a small. I'd say if you expect it to be normal brevet or "club" fit then maybe size up. I think it's true to size to my other small stuff and a bit looser than some of my PT stuff (small race cape, gore tex jacket)
