I suspect he perhaps did buy it from Pista innocently, and has got his money back to return the frame.
This stinks, it looks unequivocally that there was something up with the tracking, that it was delivered but not signed for and that made the person you sold it to think they could get the frame for free and shift it on.
I think at this point I'd probably come clean if I was in their shoes.
That’s not an unreasonable inference...Pista-thief agreed to refund the sale (and more?) on the basis that Estuardo keeps the original sale details hidden.
