Also had bad experience with @Kobe - bought a BMX that was being sold on behalf of a friend and upon receipt I found the headtube to have been severely cracked + rewelded.

Avoided posting here before as he did make a partial refund, but probably worth mentioning if others also having problems.

Theres a fair few accounts on lfgss that buy anything and everything for cheap and sell it on for double triple or more profit, with false information about the sizing, condition etc.
They can use instagram, ebay, pedalroom, to make a name for themselves, even brave enough to put ads on here.
I try my best to buy and sell items in the forum community.

My friend sold a cheap njs complete build on here instead of a higher price on ebay and had the idea that someone will ride it and appreciate it, but the next week he saw the whole build split apart on separate ebay listings with crazy prices, and with international shipping. He said, damn, i didn't realise i sold it to a reseller like that, and put him off using this website.
Apparently the buyer dmed him saying it was his dream bike, can you lower the price etc, i will keep it for life etc

its not against any rules but LFGSS is a place for these reseller users to get cheap as chips stock.
I ignore messages from certain users as i know they will buy to sell, but they all should be named and shamed on some sort of thread. corrupt resellers thread hahaha

This is still so dodgy. I wouldn't trust a word until the frame turns up. Even then I wouldn't rule out them knowing each other given the other frames hes selling.

mr. lafuente claims to be a barista based in vienna, so i find it unlikely that a DHL package sent from germany to holland would end up with him by mistake. the missing link is the party who sold the frame to mr lafuente

Fair but keep this in mind. The frame is unsold on ebay and kobe claimed last week he bought it. This doesn't show in the sellers history. The seller has only just replied to him so I doubt a deal out of ebay was made. For me that's what I'm struggling to see in any way other than dodgy.

This is a strange story.

So Kobe either:

• Received the frame, claimed he didn't, and is now "buying it back" so he can sell it to the original seller
  Or
  
• Never received the frame, which was intercepted and then sold on by someone claiming to be him
  
  

One definitely seems more plausible than the other.
