E Jean Caroll (suing Trump for rape currently) tweeted her lawyer had copies yesterday but then deleted references shortly after and apologised for speaking out of turn.
The tapes are known to exist as Mark Burnett used the Trademarks for those shows and others as collateral for loans he took out that sort of might be the same $400m Trump owes somebody.

who ever holds the rushes of that show will probably have some lovely footage and audio of trump being trump
