I think in the past, the big issue is not the designing of the cap, but the finding someone to do the admin associated with perhaps 100 caps.

I offered to do all of this.
Had a manufacturer lined up, had the templates in front of a designer, didn't get taken up.

I've found over the years, when it comes to custom kit/fresh designs, a bit of dictatorship is needed, just do it.
