Can't recommend this approach highly enough if you can afford it. The single biggest contributor to Otto's socialisation as a puppy came from regular walks with a dog walker and other dogs. It just provides a level of dog contact that is hard to achieve otherwise.

Sent Murphy to day care for the first time, just for the morning.
Got an email from the place with a "dog report card", i thought it was going to be a list of his behaviour issues (nipping, chasing, jumping, maybe humping) turns out to be a series of photos of him having a whale of time. I am so pleased, will try and get him in every couple of weeks or so for the socials if nothing else.
Hoping he will be knackered too, as he normally gets to snooze all day and terrorise us all evening
