A three way tie .. lucky for me to be on primrose hill when the beams hit the city , but tbh I preferred a photo I took of the folk looking at the rainbow , but I couldn’t get stupid to fit .
I looked back at the previous winners and there were some huge entries 5 years ago , I wonder why it tailed off ?
