I really like GS - I just wish a few more of their watches were a touch smaller. The SBGM221 GMT and the SBGH281 have caught my eye. But about as big as I could go and quite dressy...

I've previously had my eye on a second hand explorer (the 36mm one) but i slightly wonder if I'd have the same reaction to the omegas when I see it in person. Plus it never really made it to the summit of Everest ;)

I have a 36mm Explorer I.

I think they’re excellent in terms of finishing, apart from the clasp, which is much better on the current ones.

I bought mine for less than £3k though so YMMV since the price has gone up so much in recent years.
